What is Ohio law on when child support stops? My daughter will be 18 in February and graduate in June. My divorce papers say child support shall continue until each child has reached the age of majority (18) and/or attends high school full time. Is the cut off age 18 or graduating from high school.

Age 18, or graduation from high school, whichever occurs first. There are other methods by which a child could become emancipated and thus the support obligation would also terminate.
