My question is this: I started working in Columbus, OH in March, 96. My wife resides in Springboro, OH, in Warren Co. I stay in Columbus during the week and return home on the weekends. If I file for divorce, do I need a lawyer in Warren Co to file the motion in Warren Co? What are my choices on filing for a divorce?

Can file in Franklin County after you have lived here 90 days. Could also file in Warren County if you wanted. Filing fees are same. I recommend dissolution as opposed to divorce — it's cheaper and less traumatic; you usually end up with the same results, especially if no children.
