Caller ID Spoofing - Caller ID Name is HACKED!

I received a call from the number below yesterday (redacted of course) belonging to one of my clients, depicting him as "CHEATING LIAR" to anyone he calls.

Needless to say he is in a dispute with his girlfriend(s).  Make sure to keep secure your usernames and passwords, especially if you have vengeful, jealous significant other.

He had no idea this is what was appearing on people's caller ID screen when he called other professionals, friends, and businesses.

This type of hack is probably a Federal law violation.  If you have a problem like this, caller ID spoofing, your caller ID name is hacked, you may want to contact a lawyer today!
